Krista Kahmann, the founder of The Woman First, is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. She offers customized services with a variety of techniques and modalities. Krista tailors each massage to meet the needs of her clients by incorporating multiple modalities including Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, and cupping. She also specializes in Pre and Post-natal massage, Uterine Myofascial Massage and Deep Tissue. Her goal is to help her clients restore balance and movement in their bodies and help women reconnect to themselves and their bodies during pregnancy and after giving birth.
Krista is practicing at Jewell Chiropractic Wellness for Women Clinic on Tuesdays from 10 am - 1:30 pm, as well as her Home Office on Wednesday and Friday mornings. She is currently accepting new clients at Jewell Chiropractic, to book at this location, use the link below.
